Due to venue limitations and to maintain the intimacy of our appointments, A Week in Legal London is limited to 60 participants and 20 registered guests. The Edinburgh add-on program is limited to 20 legal participants and is only available to participants in the London program. Please read the Covid-19 in person meeting and event guidelines which all participants and guests will need to agree to during the registration process.
Fees are determined by the date on which you register. Save money by registering early. Full payment is due prior to arrival in London or within 30 days of receipt of your registration form, whichever is earlier.

Registrations are accepted on a first come, first-serve basis. Please note: the above program fees do not include air travel or hotel accommodations.
The Board of Governors of the California Lawyers Association requires that each program participant and paid guest execute a waiver of liability in favor of the State Bar, during the registration process.
Cancellations/Refunds: For a cancellation received more than 90 days of the start of the program, registration/program fees are refundable; however, a $300.00 per person administrative charge will be subtracted from the total fees paid and the remaining balance will be refunded. Within 90 days of the start of the program, registration/program fees are not refundable, unless A Week in Legal London is sold out and we are able to resell your place in the program. In this situation, the $300.00 administrative fee will be subtracted from the total fees paid and the remaining balance will be refunded. For a cancellation received within 30 days of the start of the program, registration/program fees are not refundable.
This program is subject to cancellation or modification at any time. The California Lawyers Association and Mosaic Event Management shall not be liable to members of CLA, their family, friends, or any other person for any cause whatsoever arising from or related to this program, the travel or the accommodations incident thereto (collectively, “the Program”). In addition, those individuals, whether registrants, their family, friends, or others who avail themselves of the Program shall hold CLA and Mosaic harmless with respect to any and all claims, costs, and liabilities arising from or related to the Program, including, but not limited to a claim based on CLA’s and Mosaic’s own negligence. The Board of Governors of CLA requires that each participant and guest execute a waiver of liability in favor of CLA. Said waiver will be due upon receipt of Program registration and must be returned before reservations will be confirmed.
Rescheduling: Should it become necessary for the CLA to reschedule the program dates, paid registered participants may request a full refund within 30 days of the announcement of the new program dates. Following the post-announcement 30-day window to request a full refund, the regular cancellation policy will apply.
The California Lawyers Association (CLA) takes the health and safety of our members, guests, and staff seriously.
We know that the decision whether to attend a meeting is based upon a variety of personal and business considerations.
We will continue to monitor a variety of sources, including the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and U.S. state and local health authorities for the latest public health updates, as well as applicable restrictions on events and gatherings.
CLA plans to hold this meeting in person but reserves the right to cancel or reschedule this event or convert it to a virtual event if health and safety restrictions require it.
We will update the participants/registrants and the website should the plans for this event change.
As a part of the registration process to hold this CLA meeting in person, every attendee is required to affirm their commitment to comply with the in-person meeting guidelines. Please review the requirements carefully prior to registering for the meeting. You will be asked to accept the following affirmations during the registration process:
By registering for and attending the meeting, I affirm that I will comply with all CDC, federal, state, and local laws, orders, directives, and guidelines related to COVID-19 and attending a large gathering.
By registering for and attending the meeting or any event related to the meeting, I affirm that I have read and will comply with CDC guidance related to hand sanitation, social distancing, and use of face coverings for my vaccination status. I affirm that I will follow any more stringent state, local, or venue requirements regarding hand sanitation, distancing, or face coverings in place at the location of the meeting at the time of the meeting.
I will also follow all travel restrictions in place at the location of the meeting and my point of origin at the time of the meeting.
I will not attend the meeting if I have tested positive for COVID-19, am experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, or have been in close contact with some who has COVID-19. If at any time I begin to experience symptoms of COVID-19, or am in contact with someone experiencing symptoms, I will immediately leave the meeting and inform CLA.
I understand no guests under the age of 12 are permitted at the meeting.
If I bring a guest to the meeting or any event related to the meeting, I affirm that I will communicate the above listed requirements to each guest and secure each guest’s agreement to abide by the guidelines for their vaccination status.
We are collaborating with the Hotel to ensure compliance with U.S. state and local health authorities for the latest public health updates and CDC social distancing, food distribution, and in-person guidelines.
