A Week in Legal London is pleased to announce that we are returning to the legendary, five-star May Fair Hotel as the host hotel for the 2026 program. Described as "contemporary chic in the heart of the city" the May Fair was built in 1927 on the site of what was once the Duke of Devonshire's London home.
Set in the heart of one of the most enviable addresses in the world, the choices are endless from theater to shopping, from fashion to art all within a stone's throw of the May Fair. Located in London’s most exclusive borough, the May Fair is a microcosm of chic, modern, and artsy Mayfair. Within strolling distance are the Wolseley on Piccadilly – where you can grab a power breakfast – and the boutiques of Bond Street. Models and designers use the hotel as the drop-in venue during London’s famed Fashion Week and the hotel serves as the official hotel for the London Film Festival.
A Week in Legal London has obtained the special rates for participants:
£369/night for a Collection Superior King room single occupancy
Add £29/night for double occupancy

Please plan to arrive at the London hotel no later than 1:00 pm on April 19, as the program begins on Sunday afternoon with the Welcome Reception and Program Orientation. Due to the travel distance and effects of jet lag, we suggest an earlier arrival – on Saturday – to allow time to adjust to the time difference.
We recommend that you schedule your departing flight from London no earlier than Saturday, April 25, as the program concludes on Friday evening. Dublin participants will book their own airfare to Ireland over the weekend.
Please be advised that the special room rate obtained at the May Fair Hotel is available up to three days before the programs start, as well as three days after the close. When planning your travel, be sure to take advantage of this great rate and come early, stay late, or both!
Mosaic Event Management can provide assistance with advance purchase of theater tickets, alternate hotel accommodations, sightseeing tours, dinner reservations, and other travel related bookings. For more information, please contact Sarah Koenig at (415) 848-7803 or skoenig@mosaicevents.com.
For your peace of mind in these uncertain times, we recommend that you consider purchasing travel insurance.
