A Week in Legal London is pleased to announce that we have selected the luxurious, five-star Brown’s Hotel as the host hotel for the 2022 program. Located in London’s most exclusive borough, Brown’s Hotel is a microcosm of chic, modern, and artsy Mayfair. As London’s first hotel, Brown’s has a fascinating history, having welcomed many of Mayfair’s most glamorous personalities, from writers to royalty and artists to icons, since 1837. Guest today are invited to frequent the Donovan Bar, one of the most intimate and sophisticated drinking dens in the city. Brown’s award-winning afternoon tea and subterranean spa provide a welcome respite from the buzz of the city.

A Week in Legal London has obtained the special rates for participants:

£429/night for an Executive Room, single occupancy
Add £35/night for double occupancy

The spacious Executive Room offers comfort and style, marrying timeless English elegance with flashes of modernity. British artworks lend a touch of personality while a sumptuous queen-size bed invites restful sleep. Furnished with a desk, they’re perfect for business travelers. The beautifully appointed marble bathrooms feature and bath and shower Irene Forte Skincare toiletries.

View: inner courtyard or overlooking historic Albemarle Street or Dover Street
Amenities: Samsung smart television with interactive entertainment, in-room mini-bar, in-room safe, power point with international adaptor and USB charger, complimentary tea and coffee making facilities.

The group rate includes hotel service charge, current VAT (20%) and complimentary wireless internet in sleeping rooms. Individuals may add full English breakfast in Charlie’s Restaurant for £26 per person, per day. All participants are encouraged but not required to stay at the host hotel in order to take advantage of these special arrangements.

Travel

Please plan to be arrive at the London hotel no later than 3:00 pm on 16 October 2022, as the program begins on Sunday afternoon with the Welcome Reception and Program Orientation.

We recommend that you schedule your departing flight from London no earlier than 22 October 2022 (Saturday), as the program concludes on Friday evening. Edinburgh participants will stay in London until the morning of Sunday 23 October when we will travel as a group (via train) to Scotland.

Please be advised that the special room rate obtained at the Brown's Hotel is available up to three days before the programs start, as well as three days after the close. When planning your travel, be sure to take advantage of this great rate and come early, stay late, or both!
